"QUICK COOL" is a personal cool misting fan that uses the mechanism of "evaporation" which absorbs surrounding heat as moisture evaporates. (Figure above Spraying five times with "QUICK COOL" filled with tap water at about 25°C on cotton cloth, 90cm×60cm, from a position 30cm away, and at an angle of 45°as the fan turns (in a room with 30°C/50% humidity). It keeps turning the fan, the change in temperature of the cotton cloth was measured. And the temperature change was measured by observation after 30 seconds, and a heat image with Sarmobar as-is.
